Promotion Manager

Role Purpose:

The Promotion Manager will lead the Firm's promotional and marketing initiatives for Forex trading products, with a focus on business development, client portfolio growth, and compliance with SCA regulations. This role requires strong expertise in financial products, risk profiling, digital marketing, and stakeholder relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the Firm's Forex trading products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct client assessments and evaluate risk profiles to align with product offerings. Manage and grow client portfolios, ensuring both profitability and compliance. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with broker sales consultants and business partners. Drive the execution of business development and promotional strategies to expand market share. Manage pipeline cases and optimize conversion in collaboration with internal teams. Implement efficient sales processes to enhance customer and partner experience. Lead digital marketing and brand promotion initiatives, including social media campaigns. Monitor Forex market trends, industry data, and competitor activity to design impactful marketing strategies. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to create effective marketing and communication content.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Finance, Business, or related field. 6-8 years of experience in Promotions, Marketing, and Portfolio Management (Forex / Financial Services domain required).

Mandatory:

CISI Certification (Approved by SCA - Securities & Commodities Authority, UAE). Proven track record in business development and financial product promotion. Strong understanding of Forex trading markets, risk profiling, and client portfolio management. Experience in digital marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.
