Job Title: Retail Channel Promotion Manager (E-cigarette Products)

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English

Experience Requirement: 4-5 years of experience in retail channel development or sales promotion, with familiarity with the UAE local market

Job Responsibilities:

Upon arrival of goods, take charge of distributing and promoting trial samples, ensuring product placement in targeted stores, especially vape and e-cigarette retail outlets; Conduct in-depth visits to various local vape shops and e-cigarette sales channels across the UAE to establish and maintain strong customer relationships; Monitor product display, inventory turnover, and brand visibility in stores, ensuring optimal product presentation at the retail level; Collect market feedback from end-users, store owners, and staff, and assist in refining sales strategies and marketing plans; Support the organization of small-scale in-store promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and user engagement; Provide regular reports on channel coverage, customer feedback, and promotional effectiveness.
Job Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in retail channel development, sales promotion, or marketing execution; background in e-cigarettes, FMCG, or tobacco industry preferred; Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus; Familiar with the UAE retail market landscape, channel networks, and relevant compliance procedures; Outgoing, responsible, and willing to travel frequently for field visits and market research; Strong execution and self-motivation skills, with a results-oriented.
