Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Projects & Operations Manager with strong expertise in business administration and leadership, and a proven track record in paints and interior design. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading daily operations, developing projects, and actively contributing to business growth. Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily administrative and operational tasks efficiently. Actively participate in sales and bring in new projects in the paints and interior design sector. Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals. Follow up on projects and coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion according to plans and schedules. Prepare reports and monitor workflow to ensure targets are achieved. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure. Contribute to the development of company growth and expansion strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fluency in both Arabic and English. Strong and proven experience in management, particularly in paints and interior design companies. Excellent experience in sales and project acquisition. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
