Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Manage and lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies
Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and contracts
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment as per project needs
Manage project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability
Facilitate site meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Familiarity with project management software and tools
