Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Project Manager / Engineer

to manage the

fabrication, assembly, and installation

of signage and outdoor media products. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, quality assurance, and timely project execution while upholding safety and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Fabrication:

Supervise cutting, welding, digital printing, and signage fabrication processes Ensure accurate assembly and finishing as per design specifications Conduct regular quality inspections during and after production

Installation & Site Coordination:

Oversee on-site installation ensuring structural integrity and proper alignment Coordinate with project managers, clients, and technicians to ensure project timelines are met Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and standards

Material & Equipment Management:

Monitor material usage and manage inventory levels to prevent delays Ensure tools, machines, and installation equipment are properly maintained Liaise with suppliers to procure high-quality, cost-effective materials

Troubleshooting & Process Improvement:

Identify and resolve on-site technical or production-related issues Recommend improvements in manufacturing and installation processes Implement strategies to improve cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in signage production and installation (Required)

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of signage manufacturing, printing, and installation methods Proficiency in AutoCAD, CNC operations, and fabrication tools Understanding of safety standards, material properties, and load-bearing calculations

Soft Skills:

Excellent coordination and team leadership abilities Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
