Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Project manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to manage multi villa projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, and managing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. He will work closely with the authorities, project sub-contractors, owner\'s and consultants. Qualifications (Kindly don\'t apply if the first Four reqs. are not applicable)
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering.
- DM Certificate (G+1) or above (this is a must)
- 4 - 7 years of experience.
- UAE Driving license.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Civil Engineer/manager or a related role
- Good communication/negotiation skills with consultants and owners.
- Executing and managing big number of projects.
- Exposure working with multiple clients developing relationships and leading projects at one time.
- Managing projects within established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standard of quality.
- Responsible for the entire projects management including scope, procurement, production, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, closeout.
- Evaluation and preparation of both project Payments and variations and submitting to consultant.
- Responsible of all employees and labor\xe2\x80\x99s matters such as salaries, employment and visa.
- Responsible of companies papers, renewals and resources.
- Dealing with all authorities\xe2\x80\x99 matters including Dubai municipality system (BPS).
- Coordination between client, site, subcontractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
- Preparing subcontractors agreements.
- Observes the workforce\xe2\x80\x99s skills, attitude, attendance and rate them to improve their performance at the site.
- Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed.
- Quantity surveying and material ordering and management.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under many tasks.
- Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

- DM certificate (Required)
- UAE Driving license (Required)

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
