Job Summary: Looking for a Projects Manager in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Assess job estimate and assist in preparing the project budgets
Analyze contract drawings, detail drawings as well as specifications
Accelerate and monitor deliveries of major equipment or materials
Work with field labor supervision to plan and schedule project work
Be familiar with general conditions, work scope as well as specifications of project contract or subcontract
Keep up and control documents in compliance with company standards as well as contractual compliance
Oversee project engineers and provide them with the necessary assistance as and when required
Conduct any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Required candidates must be graduates with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least ten and above years of UAE experience in managing projects in transport companies
Good leadership and project management skills
Possess a valid Emirates driving license
Ability to communicate well in English
Suitable candidates must be Arabs
Must be a good problem solver
Ability to prepare good reports and have good computer application knowledge
