Your new role

• You will work with our customers and our engineering team, to make the deployment/support and service a success at the customers facilities
• Work with our internal team on demonstration of solution at our labs and the customer site
• Document as well track issues, follow up with the team in a timely manner and actively communicate with the customers the status
• Develop trainings and documentation in collaboration with our product and engineering team
• Work together in cross functional multinational teams for product and process improvements to continuously improve the best possible product for our customers
• Inform the management and stakeholder team about key issues
• Actively promote activities and trainings

Raise the bar: Your personal skillset and experience counts for us the most What we are searching for

• Bachelor's in PM, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and experience (Degree is not a must, experience is the most valuable and important part)
• At least two 3 years' experience
• Experience with UAE PM System and norms
• Able to work under pressure, stay on aggressive targets, but keep a positive mood
• Able to find creative approaches and fresh perspectives, the think out of the box
• High proficiency in English, other languages are a plus like French
• Willing to travel international 35%

Nice to have

• Well established experience in the field (UAE and surrounding countries)
• Experience with Greenhouses, MEP
