Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor
manpower requirements
across several ongoing projects in coordination with project managers and site teams.
Attend and actively participate in
client progress meetings
and
consultant coordination meetings
, including preparation of agendas, updates, and follow-up actions.
Prepare, submit, and track
Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)
in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
Coordinate with the
Quantity Surveying (QS) team
by providing accurate updates on completed works to facilitate the preparation of interim and final
payment certificates
.
Review and verify
project time sheets
to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved manpower allocations.
Review
material requirements, usage, and consumption
to ensure compliance with project budgets and approved material take-offs.
Assist in monitoring project progress against schedules and highlight potential delays or resource constraints.
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and reporting in line with company and project procedures.
Work collaboratively as part of the project team to support timely and high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Previous experience in a
projects engineering or site engineering role
is a must.
Strong working knowledge of construction/project documentation and procedures.
Excellent command of the English language
, both written and spoken.
Competent user of
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
(Excel proficiency is an added advantage).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a
multi-disciplinary project team
.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks across different projects.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
