Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Projects Engineer

to support the successful delivery of multiple ongoing projects. The role involves coordination between site teams, clients, consultants, and the commercial department to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with project requirements, and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor

manpower requirements

across several ongoing projects in coordination with project managers and site teams. Attend and actively participate in

client progress meetings

and

consultant coordination meetings

, including preparation of agendas, updates, and follow-up actions. Prepare, submit, and track

Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)

in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements. Coordinate with the

Quantity Surveying (QS) team

by providing accurate updates on completed works to facilitate the preparation of interim and final

payment certificates

. Review and verify

project time sheets

to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved manpower allocations. Review

material requirements, usage, and consumption

to ensure compliance with project budgets and approved material take-offs. Assist in monitoring project progress against schedules and highlight potential delays or resource constraints. Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and reporting in line with company and project procedures. Work collaboratively as part of the project team to support timely and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Previous experience in a

projects engineering or site engineering role

is a must. Strong working knowledge of construction/project documentation and procedures.

Excellent command of the English language

, both written and spoken. Competent user of

Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

(Excel proficiency is an added advantage). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a

multi-disciplinary project team

. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks across different projects.

Valid driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
