Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Civil Projects Engineer to oversee and manage civil works related to strengthening , concrete repairs and control demolishes works . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, site supervision, and construction management within the residential & commercial building background .

Supervise and manage all civil site activities in different locations .

Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.

Manage site logistics, materials, and workforce planning.

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Participate in site inspections, audits, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction works ( contracting companies)

Familiarity with international standards and local construction codes.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil engineering software.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in remote locations and under challenging site conditions.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ( structural ) Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic at a high technical level. Extensive knowledge of standards, guidelines and regulations in the field of engineering and construction. Have back ground in strengthening works Driving license Write method statements Has proven leadership capacity and experience.
