We are seeking an experienced

Projects Engineer

with a strong background in the

piling and foundation engineering industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing piling projects while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage piling and foundation projects from initiation to completion Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements related to piling works Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with project quality, HSE, and contractual requirements Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Manage site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently Identify risks and implement mitigation measures Control project costs and ensure budget adherence Attend technical meetings and provide engineering solutions Ensure timely completion of works as per approved schedules Support tendering and pre-construction activities when required

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum

10 years of proven experience

in the

piling / foundation engineering industry

Strong knowledge of piling methods (Bored piles, CFA, Driven piles, Micro piles, etc.) Sound understanding of geotechnical engineering principles Experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred Excellent project coordination and leadership skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in MS Office and project management tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong reporting and documentation skills
