Project Engineer / Site Engineer - Fit-Out Works

Full-Time | Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:0PM

We are looking for a skilled

Project Engineer / Site Engineer

with a strong background in

interior fit-out works

to join our team. The ideal candidate must be an

Interior Designer, Architect, or Civil Engineer

with hands-on site experience and the ability to manage project execution with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage

fit-out projects

on-site from start to handover. Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth workflow and timely execution. Prepare and review

shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and material approvals

. Oversee site inspections, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Handle daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Assist in preparing

BOQs

, quantity take-offs, and material requirements. Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

Degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in interior fit-out projects within the UAE only. Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and project execution. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple site activities effectively. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
