Role Description Performs a wide range of job functions associated with telecom and IT projects, cost-control and administrative matters to ensure successful delivery of the ICT projects in the Company. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and resource allocations;
- Monitoring project progress and identifying any delays as well as risks involved;
- Monitoring capital and operating expenditures for ICT Department.
- Preparation of progress report;
- Preparation of tender documents, requests for quotations (RFQs) and request for proposals (RFPs);
- Handling invoices relevant to ICT projects;
- Coordinate with contractors for bid solicitation, submission and selection;
- Preparation of work orders, reviewing service contracts, raising Projects BOM, etc.;
- Proposing updates for contract templates to cope with any new introduced changes and has got capability to review the process of project unit workflow;
- Managing the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation on time;
- On the Job training and knowledge transfer for teammates.
- Constant contact with Supervisors supporting and advising day-to-day activities, providing reports and receiving instructions;
- Contact with Tripoli-based Telecom and IT Engineers during project preparation and execution to ensure that the project is on schedule and within the budget
- Must possess an Associate Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree with at least 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry in project management and cost-control
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, supervisory and managerial skills
