Job Description
We are seeking a
Projects Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in2D AutoCAD drafting
and the ability to performdesign calculations for MS (mild steel) load-bearing elements
. The ideal candidate will support structural design, fabrication, and site execution, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with international standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review
2D AutoCAD drawings
for steel structures and project layouts Performdesign and load calculations
for mild steel structural elements Coordinate withfabrication, procurement, and site teams
Reviewshop drawings, material submissions, and fabrication details
Conductsite visits
for supervision and technical support.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2years
of experience instructural steel projects
Proficiency inAutoCAD (2D)
and structural design calculations Knowledge ofinternational design standards
(AISC, BS, Eurocodes) Strongcommunication
andproblem-solving
skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
3D design software
(Tekla, Revit, SolidWorks) Prior work experience in theUAE/GCC
related to steel fabrication and erectionJob Type: Full-time
