Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

to join our construction team for high-profile building projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in delivering large-scale building projects from conception to completion, with hands-on knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction standards, regulations, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day engineering and site operations for assigned commercial / other building projects. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. Prepare, review, and implement project schedules, shop drawings, and method statements. Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage quality control procedures. Ensure all works comply with local authority requirements (ADM , Civil Defense, etc.). Support cost control, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve timely project delivery. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and address construction challenges promptly. Prepare regular project progress reports and update stakeholders accordingly. Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 8 years

of experience in building projects Proven track record in Abu Dhabi construction projects (added value). Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and industry best practices. Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
