As the Assistant to the Project Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient management and execution of fit-out projects. As the Assistant to the Project Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient management and execution of fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Director in coordinating and managing various fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as a liaison between the Project Director and project teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the Project Director.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with other departments, subcontractors, and stakeholders to gather information and updates.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the Project Director.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for project-related documents and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Director as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Flexibility to travel to various project sites across the UAE.
