Job Summary: As the Assistant to the Project Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient management and execution of fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Director in coordinating and managing various fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Act as a liaison between the Project Director and project teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the Project Director.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with other departments, subcontractors, and stakeholders to gather information and updates.
Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the Project Director.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system for project-related documents and correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the Project Director as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
Requirements:
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license and own car.
Flexibility to travel to various project sites across the UAE.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
