Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Liquid Packaging Equipment & Lines

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager - Packaging DivisionRole

Overview:The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in driving business growth for liquid packaging equipment and turnkey lines. This includes handling customer inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical and logistics teams, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of packaging machinery for liquids such as water, CSDs, edible oils, sauces, and condiments.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and RFQs for filling, capping, labeling, and end-of-line packaging equipment
oPrepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers

oCoordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals

oMaintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking

oLiaise with international OEMs and suppliers for pricing, lead times, and technical clarifications

oSupport the sales team in organizing product demos, trade shows, and customer visits

oTrack order status, coordinate dispatches, and assist in after-sales support

oEnsure compliance with documentation requirements for tenders and large projects

Qualifications & Experience:

oBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

o3+ years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in packaging machinery or industrial equipment

oFamiliarity with liquid packaging technologies (e.g., rotary fillers, volumetric fillers, CIP systems, shrink wrappers, etc.)

oProficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and technical documentation

oTurnkey project execution in packaging automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
