NASCO Trading is seeking a proactive and organized
Projects Coordinator
to support our Sales and Project Management team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong coordination between internal departments and field staff. Report directly to the Sales & Project Manager, Elevators.
Duty location - NASCO Trading Office - DIP 1
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Sales Team, Field Technicians, Maintenance Coordinator, ERP team, and HR.
Ensure daily field schedules are accurately updated in the ERP system.
Follow up with Technicians on job closures and task completion.
Ensure Technician's sick leave forms, annual leave requests and other HR requirements are submitted on time.
Maintain effective communication flow with field technicians and address their concerns.
Coordinate field logistics/transportation.
Take-down sales meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
Support the line manager by following up on assigned project tasks.
Be proactive in ensuring smooth project and operations flow.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in coordination, project support, or administration in UAE preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
