POSITION SUMMARY The Projects coordinator will be the interface between various stake holders of a project and In-Kingdom Support (IKS) manager to ensure work progress as per agreed schedule and specifications and report accordingly. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with various stakeholders of projects/tasks and synergize activities and efforts that will result in successful conclusion of projects
Work proactively to achieve short, medium and long term goals of a project
Identify potential risks and recommend counter measures for mitigation
Establish good working relationship with external and internal stakeholders
Prepare all relevant documentation and reports
Address concerns/complaints/suggestions from employees and provide timely and satisfactory resolution
Be responsible for all facility requirements and assist In-Kingdom Support Manager
Support in efforts required for projects such as but not limited to transition, modification and development of housing, offices, warehouses, clinics, library, etc.
Ensure all work is executed as per JIGPC safety standards
Ensure smooth functioning of employee accommodation, offices, recreational, storage and all other facilities
Ensure all facilities are properly maintained and immediately remedied in case of any breakdown
Plan, prepare and maintain an updated forecast for accommodation and office space requirement and liaise with camp management accordingly to optimize utilization and cost
Liaise with functional heads to understand facility requirements and plan activities accordingly
Ensure timely and appropriate allocation of accommodation, office space and transportation for all employees
Ensure compliance with audit requirements
Develop and implement employee welfare activities, events and programs
Ensure proper documentation and document control for all IKS functions
Regular supervision and quality control of all contractual obligations and milestones to ensure deliverables are as per agreed standards, specifications and timeline
Submit weekly/monthly update reports to IKS manager including but not limited to delays and variations
Ensure projects compliance with all local, national and regulatory requirements and laws. Throughout the project, conduct site visits and reviews to ensure that these standards are upheld and correctly implemented at all stages of the project
Perform comprehensive and detailed inspection/evaluation of all company provided housing, offices and other facilities to ensure safety and welfare of employees
Coordinate movement and settlement of employees into short term apartments
Assist with facility management of existing JIGPC accommodation, offices and site
Assist with other IKS activities as required and directed by IKS manager
SKILLS
Planning and programs management
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including complex formulas and interactive presentations
Financial/cost analysis

Proficient in English (speak, read and write) and preferably Arabic
Interpersonal skills and relationship management with external and internal entities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in engineering)
Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and Arabic (preferred)
Administration experience on similar projects.
Proficiency in MS-Office products and report writing/presentations/spreadsheets (including complex formulas)
Strong organizational and supervisory skills
Proactive, dynamic, solution oriented and team player
Organized, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks
Experience in KSA/GCC
