Job Title:

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

? Quotation & Proposal Management - Prepare accurate quotations, project proposals, and presentations.
? Project Documentation - Define projects based on POs, prepare submittals, Request for Information (RFIs), and compliance documents.
? Financial Coordination - Invoices

? Order Processing & Client Communication - Handle client orders, track deliveries, and ensure smooth coordination.
? Sales Support - Assist the sales team with sampling, documentation, and follow-ups to close deals.
? Reporting & Tracking - Maintain project records, reconciliation reports, and CRM updates.
? Logistics & Scheduling - Coordinate deliveries and site team collaboration.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience: at least 1+ years in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, or ironmongery projects.

Skills:

Strong communication & coordination abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and Oracle (preferred). Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills. Language:

Fluent in English (written & spoken)
