: Project consultants engineer contribute their practical, strategic and technical expertise to projects. They collaborate with clients to define project parameters, develop project plans in line with business objectives, and assign project tasks and resources. They also monitor the progress of each phase of the project and facilitate the necessary interventions. We are looking for a highly qualified Project Consultant engineer to help our business achieve its goals. You will develop the projects plan in collaboration with assigned stakeholders, delegate resources to project tasks, and provide project progress updates to our senior executives. To ensure success as a Projects Consultant Engineer, you must demonstrate extensive experience as a Projects Consultant Engineer and the ability to provide leadership and direction. The Outstanding Projects Consultant Engineer will be someone whose project management experience translates into the successful achievement of corporate goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Determine the scope of projects by consulting and investigation.
2. Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of existing project plans, as well as recommend improvements.
3. Determine project standards and specifications.
4. Perform cost calculations and coordinate budgets with the finance departments.
5. Allocating staff and resources to project tasks.
6. Collaborate across departments to set realistic goals for projects and timeframes.
7. Provide direction and monitor progress at each stage of the project.
8. Facilitate appropriate interventions to prevent costly delays.
9. Provide project progress updates to senior executives or CEO REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS: 1. 5 years previous work experience as a project consultant in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
4. Extensive knowledge of the industry.
5. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
6. Project management and supervision skills.
7. Decision making ability and leadership skills.
8. Time management and organization skills.
9. Advanced proficiency in project management software.
10. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
11. Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
