Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out and renovation projects from concept through completion.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in coordination with clients and internal teams.
Oversee procurement, cost control, and resource allocation throughout project lifecycle.
Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design, safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Conduct regular project meetings and site inspections.
Resolve issues and delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
