Responsible for the execution of perfect merchandising execution, respecting the brand guidelines and image.
Forecast POSM/VM elements for all new launches to cover all doors while respecting/aligning on the annual budget.
Coordinate shipments of POSM to suppliers/retailers in advance to ensure timely execution in external markets.
Responsible for rolling out & executing new VM updates/guidelines across all TR doors, after aligning internally with the commercial, marketing and regional VM team.
Coordination with Paris on all VM topics.
Shop visit to ensure all the shops are well maintained.
Competitive study and report to our head office on the need of the MEA region.
Raise all VM related POs, manage/track monthly budget per retailers for both CAPEX and OPEX.
HARD MERCHANDISING & STORE DEVELOPMENT:
Manage and resolve all maintenance issues and snags across Travel Retail MEIA doors, ensuring optimal store presentation.
Develop comprehensive VM books and planograms for all new store openings, including precise tester lists and collateral ordering/shipping to shop fitters.
Forecast all necessary tools, POSM, and collateral for new store openings, renovations, and existing store POSM updates.
Ensure the perfect execution of new and renovated counters, guaranteeing accurate installation and merchandising of all POSM. Regular travel and inspections will be required.
Coordinate advance POSM shipments to suppliers and retailers to ensure timely execution across all markets.
Profile
Fluent in English.
Experience in Perfumes & Cosmetic or Travel Retail would be preferable.
A first proven experience in trade/Merchandising is required.
Autonomous, 'Can do' attitude, rigorous, reliable, and organized.
Background in design (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) preferable.
Creative, looking for new ways to improve Guerlain's position.
