Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Tendering Coordinator/Executive Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the tendering process for various projects, providing administrative support to the senior management team, and managing correspondence with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the tendering process for various projects, including the preparation of documents, the submission of bids, and the negotiation of contracts.
Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and other documents.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
Ensure that all documentation is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of tendering and contract management processes.
Salary AED 5000- 8000 + standard benefits as per UAE law
