Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be available to join Immediately
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the recruitment and outsourcing filed
  • Must have knowledge about Project Tendering and Bidding
  • Must have knowledge and familiarization with company registration
  • Must have good English Communication Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes which include data collection, verification submission and follow-ups
  • Oversee HR needs for outsourced employees
  • Update HR database with employee\xe2\x80\x99s information including their dependents
  • Collaborate with PR Team for processing of new visa, renewal of visas and Labour cards
  • Coordinate with the operations team for the mobilization and demobilization of employees
  • Monitor validity of employee and dependent documents for the timely renewal
  • Monitors visa approval by checking the government websites like ICA and MOHRE
  • Handle company registration and pre-qualification thru different supplier portals.
  • Assists in publishing job postings and advertisements for sourcing qualified applicants
  • Formats and arrange CVs before endorsing to client for further review
  • Arranges face to face or virtual interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Updates database for CVs to monitor any pending feedbacks or interviews
  • Provides immediate assistance to managers for any urgent request
