Job description:
Review tender invitations from ADNOC, TAQA, KOC, and other clients via platforms such as ADNOC Sourcing, Ariba/SAP, and Etimad.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications.
Coordinate RFQs with suppliers, manufacturers, OEMs, and service providers.
Analyze tender requirements, specifications, datasheets, scope of work, and compliance matrices.
Prepare bid documents, BOQs, pricing sheets, delivery schedules, and bidder clarifications.
Ensure all required prequalification, certificates, product approvals, and compliance documents are attached.
Track tender deadlines and maintain submission schedules.
Source and evaluate approved vendors and OEMs for oil & gas equipment, materials, and services.
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, warranty terms, and payment conditions.
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with finance and logistics.
Maintain supplier database aligned with ADNOC & TAQA vendor requirements.
Follow up on delivery, inspection, material approval, and documentation.
Support project teams in material selection, technical compliance, and documentation.
Coordinate with QA/QC for material approval, FAT, ITPs, MSDS, and certification requirements.
Monitor ongoing procurement for awarded projects to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with clients for clarifications, updates, and material tracking.
Ensure all submissions meet ADNOC, TAQA, and KOC standards and formats.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, pricing, and supplier correspondence.
Prepare reports on tender status, procurement progress, and cost comparison sheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in Tendering / Procurement within Oil & Gas.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation products valves, pumps, pipes, fittings, safety equipment, EPC materials, etc..
Prior experience dealing with ADNOC, TAQA, KOC tenders is highly preferred.
UAE oil & gas trading experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of logistics, import/export documentation, and customs procedures.
Ability to coordinate with international suppliers and OEMs.
High accuracy in preparing BOQs, quotes, and bid documents.
