Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Project Procurement & Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing ongoing projects, managing the timely procurement and delivery of materials, and ensuring smooth coordination between the factory, suppliers, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage all active projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and the factory team to track progress and requirements. Plan, schedule, and manage procurement of aluminium, glass, and accessories in line with project timelines. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Track inventory and ensure availability of required items without causing project delays. Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and procurement logs. Identify and resolve any delays or supply chain issues swiftly and effectively. Ensure all deliveries meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in project coordination and procurement, preferably in the aluminium/glass or construction industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of procurement systems and inventory tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
