AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to provide expert support on post-contract activities for a client.

Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be, but not limited to:

Specialized in post-contract cost consultancy services, with experience on mid to large-scale

residential

,

commercial

, and

hospitality

projects. Experienced in working collaboratively within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy services. Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with:

+ Measurement and valuation of works
+ Assessment and agreement of variations
+ Preparation of payment certificates and final accounts
+ Cost reporting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with quality control requirements and internal procedures. Support in benchmarking, data collection, and internal financial reporting. Contribute to the preparation and delivery of various outputs across all

Funder Advisory

services.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Quantity Surveying

,

Engineering

, or a related

Construction

field. Chartered status with

RICS (MRICS)

or currently working towards

APC

.

Experience

Minimum of

4-5 years

post-graduate experience. At least

2-3 years

of experience in the

Middle East

market.
