. Qualifications
- Diploma or Engg in mechanical or electrical background.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, or a related field.
- Experience in HVAC, construction, installation & commissioning.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of project handling, scheduling, and execution.
- Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or construction industry processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications.
- Strong skills to supervise teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Ability to generate progress reports, cost analysis, and documentation for management.
- Supervise & Coordinate: Oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work follows safety protocols and industry standards.
- Customer Interaction: Handle client communication, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of project progress, materials, and costs.
