Project Supervisor – Villa Construction

Job Description
The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities for villa construction projects, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and UAE safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities for villas from foundation to handover. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor workmanship, material usage, and site productivity. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues. Maintain site records, progress reports, and material logs. Support project engineers and managers in achieving timely project delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. More than 5 years of experience in villa or residential construction in the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred:
Valid UAE driving license Experience with multiple villa projects
