Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Supervisor to oversee and manage multiple landscaping and swimming pool construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, high-quality execution, and efficient coordination of labour, materials, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and lead labour teams effectively
Oversee 2-3 projects at a time, ensuring progress and timelines are maintained
Coordinate material delivery, subcontractors, and site logistics
Ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
Resolve on-site challenges proactively and provide regular progress updates to management
Candidate Requirements
2-3 years of UAE experience in landscaping
Mandatory hands-on swimming pool construction experience
Educational background in Civil Engineering
Strong leadership and labour management skills
Good knowledge of UAE plants, softscape practices, and planting techniques
Proficient in Hindi or Urdu
Valid UAE driving license required
