Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the project team to understand the design and scope of the retail shop fit-out project. - Supervise and manage the on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction phase. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve construction-related challenges effectively. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at the construction site. - Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, work logs, and change orders. - Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -Experience in Architectural fit out, Electrical, MEP, HVAC, Lighting works etc. -Skilled in reading & modification of drawing of Architectural, Electrical, MEP, HVAC, Lighting, internal & external fit out, fa\xc3\xa7ade and communicate with the contractor to completion works accordingly. - Proven experience in supervising construction projects, preferably in retail shop fit-outs. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. - Ability to manage time, resources, and priorities efficiently to meet project deadlines. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Proficiency in project management software like CAD and other tools. *Benefits:* - Competitive compensation for the duration of the contract. - Opportunity to gain valuable experience in managing retail shop fit-out projects. - Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
