Job Description
Couture Luxury Interior Design in Dubai is looking for an experienced project manager / site engineer for handeling luxury fit-out projects both residential and commercial. Experience in villas project is must. Send to us photos of previous fit-out works you have managed. Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and Direct management of the site team & Sub Contractors, prioritization of work streams.
- Delegation of all site tasks to relevant team members based on works issued.
- Quality control of works completed.
- Producing daily progress reports and weekly burn sheets.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Interior fit out activities and minimum 5 years managing fit out projects
- Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit out suppliers
- Good Knowledge of the Fit-Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas.
- Effective communication skills
- Diploma (Required)
- Fit-out management: 4 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
