Project Site Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventories.
Ensure all site operations comply with ISO standards and company policies.
Resolve technical issues and provide support to the project team.
Manage and supervise site personnel, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
Contribute to project planning, including resource allocation and scheduling.

Requirements :

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Project Site Engineer in a relevant field.
Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
