Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to project and management teams
Manage and control project documentation (incoming/outgoing correspondence, drawings, submittals, etc.)
Maintain and update document logs and filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for document submissions and approvals
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track project action items
Ensure all project documentation complies with company and project standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
With experience in a consultant or construction firm
Strong knowledge of document control systems and project documentation procedures
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
