- Project Sales Manager (Furniture Industry - UAE)

Location: UAE (Dubai Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Furniture / Joinery / Fit-out Sales (UAE Market)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Project Sales Manager with proven experience in the UAE furniture industry. The ideal candidate must possess strong relationships with developers, consultants, fit-out contractors, and interior designers, and should be capable of bringing active projects and clients immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business from existing client database and active project leads.

Develop and manage relationships with fit-out & turnkey companies, interior design consultants, real estate developers, and hospitality clients.

Identify new project opportunities and convert them into confirmed orders.

Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and project presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with strong commercial terms.

Coordinate with production, design, and project teams for timely delivery.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Represent the company in exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE furniture industry (Manufacturing / Joinery / Fit-out / FF&E).

Must have own client database and active projects in hand.

Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
