Functions to be carried out:





Business Development & Sales Strategy

+ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target client segments, end users, and contractors requiring generating sets for various solutions
+ Identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
+ Lead direct sales initiatives in close coordination with technical teams to deliver customized power solutions.

Client Relationship Management

+ Develop and present customized solution portfolio that align with client objectives, effectively communicating our values

Technical Knowledge & Solution Selling

+ Utilize expert-level understanding of genset applications, balance-ofplant systems, and long-term operational/maintenance considerations to recommend and customize ideal power solutions for each client's unique needs

Contract Negotiation & Proposal Development

+ Facilitate contract negotiations as needed, proactively managing customer expectations

Market Expansion & Networking

+ Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay current on data center trends and expand professional connections

Reporting & Performance Tracking

+ Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitor movements to adapt sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage

Candidate Profile:





Qualifications:

+ Advanced level of written and spoken English.
+ Proven experience in similar roles with international connections, preferably in companies with overseas operations.
+ Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
