Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
female Project Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing procurement and turnkey projects across hospitality, catering, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality and F&B sectors.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, hoteliers, and procurement managers.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and project solutions.
Collaborate with the procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and client presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or procurement (hospitality sector experience preferred).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
UAE driving license preferred.
