- Contacting new / potential customers and developing relationship.
- Meet customers, introduce our company and its services, send out introductory mails and make routine follow up to generate enquiries
- Prepare proposals and quotations and assist in the preparation and submission of tender.
- Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders.
- Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Reporting about sales actions, achievements, status and forecasts of projects, any matters enhancing and affecting the sales targets and strategy.
- Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time.
- Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels
- Must have expertise in designing medium size to large-scale integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control & Time Attendance Devices, Gate Barrier, ICT Products.
- Must have experience in proposal document and estimation sheet preparation.
- Must have knowledge in MCC and other industry regulations for designing a security solution as per standards.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
