Job Description

We are looking for experienced Project Sales Executive who are responsible for generating project-based sales opportunities by engaging with architects, builders, contractors, facade consultants, and project management consultants. This role involves lead generation, project tracking, technical promotion of products, and closing orders while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, and institutional projects. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: architects, builders, consultants, and contractors. Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects via CRM, leads, or project databases (e.g., CRE Matrix, MagicBricks, etc.). Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and present suitable Boso aluminium system solutions. Provide technical product presentations and support to customers and specifiers. Coordinate with the design and estimation team for BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals. Follow up on quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales orders in line with company policies. Ensure post-sales support, coordination with operations for order execution, and timely delivery. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, forecasts, and sales pipelines. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles Knowledge of aluminium systems, doors/windows, or facade solutions (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret architectural drawings and BOQs Result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive Good negotiation and closing skills Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and project-tracking software
