MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To manage, develop and deliver real estate projects as per the policies, procedures, and requirements of Osool Real Estate Asset Management sector. To ensure proper inception, management, completion, and delivery of the assigned projects in accordance with project design specifications and within the agreed time and cost parameters 1. Manage all assigned projects in accordance with the strategic direction. 2. Monitor project progress by conducting meetings with consultants and taking corrective measures to mitigate any potential delays and to achieve its completion as per project plan. 3. Review and certify monthly payment certificates for the Consultant\xe2\x80\x99s services and payment certificate from the Contractor for the Works completed. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, HSE or equivalent \xc2\xb7 10 years in managerial role in Real Estate Project \xc2\xb7 Report Writing \xc2\xb7 Ability to monitor time, cost and quality of large medium to large scope projects Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
