Job Description
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
10+ years GCC experience in high-rise buildings & luxury villa projects
Strong knowledge of FIDIC & international/local standard forms of contract
Expertise in managing project costs, budgets & cash flow forecasts
Ability to assess variations & change orders with engineering/site teams
Skilled in handling consultants, contractors & suppliers on commercial/contractual matters
Experience in claims management & dispute resolution
Proficient in drafting & managing contractual correspondences
Skills Required
