Project Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and design.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of client invoices, ensuring timely payment and addressing any discrepancies effectively.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor payment applications, verifying work completed and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess work completed, providing accurate and up-to-date financial reporting.
• Analyze project costs, identify potential risks, and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contractual terms.
• Prepare and manage change orders, assessing their impact on project costs and schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost records, contracts, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including cost forecasts and budget variances, to project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate 8+ years of progressive experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on client and subcontractor billing.
• Show a proven track record in the building construction industry, showcasing a deep understanding of construction processes.
• Exhibit fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with stakeholders.
