Job Description

We are looking for a

Project QA Manager

to lead and enhance our quality assurance processes and ensure that our services meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards ISO 9001. Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into business processes. Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Train and support staff in quality standards and procedures. Evaluate and manage supplier performance in alignment with quality expectations. Maintain proper documentation, including SOPs, policies, and quality records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA/QC role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., waste management, environmental services] is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
