Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Project Planner
to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating project timelines, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion of construction projects in accordance with UAE regulations and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
orMS Project
. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Prepare and update weekly/monthly project reports including progress tracking, delay analysis, and recovery plans. ConductCritical Path Method (CPM)
analysis to assess project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Maintain accurate documentation of all project planning and scheduling activities. Support contract management with time-impact analysis for variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOT). Ensure compliance withDubai Municipality (DM)
,Trakhees
,DEWA
, and other local authority regulations. Attend site meetings and provide planning input during project review discussions.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
