We are looking for a hands-on
Project & Operations Supervisor
to coordinate site activities, manage labour, and support day-to-day project operations. The role requires someone with strong site supervision skills, the ability to handle workers effectively, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, Construction, or related technical field 2-4 years of experience in site supervision or operations (UAE experience preferred). Strong leadership and workforce management skills. Knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and technical service standards. Good communication and reporting skills. Driving license (preferred).
