This iconic Japanese brand expanded to 400+ stores in just 3 years, and now we're launching our first-ever GCC flagship.

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on team member who wants to be part of something BIG from day one!

Role Overview:

This job is a blend of Project Management + Operations during the crucial pre-opening phase. You will work directly with the founder and be at the heart of building our first Dubai location!

Your responsibilities include:

Conducting site visits & supporting store location research Coordinating with contractors, design teams, and food suppliers Assisting in creating store layouts, flow, and operations planning Managing communication with our Japanese headquarters Supporting pre-opening hiring & onboarding Helping with daily tasks required for opening our flagship store Reporting, scheduling, follow-ups & general admin duties
Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator (English required; Japanese is a plus!) Able to travel for site checks, submit updates, and follow up professionally Excited to work in a start-up style, high-speed launch environment 1-2 years of experience in operations or coordination. Pre-opening experience is a plus! Open to all nationalities, we welcome everyone with the right attitude and reliability
