To take ownership of the following processes by coordinating with client and staff:
Ordering & delivery of vehicle
Registration
Insurance
Vehicle and documentation inspection prior to delivery
Supervision of vehicle safety modification and vehicle ancillary equipment
Maintenance, servicing, accident/damage repair
Vehicle assistance and recovery
Pick up and drop off service and replacement vehicle management.
Tire replacement
Infringements, tickets, and fines
Driver management and supervision
Issuance of salary certificates and other supporting information for drivers
Driver recruitment and orientation
Tracking system (IVMS)
Manpower supplier (outsources)
To look for ways to enhance the relationship between the client and the company by bringing any additional commercial opportunities to the attention of the Account Manager and by offering feedback in the bidding process for any new opportunities.
To be responsible for the timely submission of driver time sheets and assist the team in collection efforts.
To ensure that all vehicles always have proper documentation.
To proactively schedule servicing of vehicles, replacement vehicles and accident management.
To coordinate the issuance of CNIA passes, if required.
