Experienced operator in multi-site management in catering, cleaning, and facility management.
Must have excellent communication skills at a senior level.
Client Management
Generating Revenues
Profit & Loss Management and excellent financial performance.
Analytical expertise
Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Highly skilled for Team Management.
Healthcare sector experience is a bonus we could look at candidates without, but then they need to come from strong culinary experience (like hotel etc)
Strong financial understanding of P&L
Can do attitude
Ability to drive the sites performance (financial, customer relationship, client engagement etc)
Able to create monthly presentations to client (knowledge of Excel, Word PowerPoint is a must)
Able to motivate and build a strong team
