PROJECT MANAGER : LUXURY HOSPITALITY, DUBAI BASE WITH TRAVEL Really awesome opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team of this very cool company who are expanding globally ... and quickly Active from development phase (development opportunities feasibility study) to opening for trade, the Project Manager overtakes the responsibility of the projects Timeline and Budget, Resource allocation, Brand compliance during project phase and Quality of builds, as well as the formal handover of premises to Operations. The main responsibility of the Project Manager is ensuring that all new projects, owned or licensed, are coordinated with the broader project committee composed of internal resources in a timely and financially controlled manner. Additionally, the PM will be intimately involved in the openings of the project he/she has coordinated, providing the best possible assistance to administrative and operating teams to ensure smooth start of trading and provide formal financial and technical project closing report. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Higher level of education and market leading profile sector experience : 3 years+ * A proven track record in project management leadership position or the equivalent * Experience within LUXURY F and B, Hospitality, Architecture or Engineering firm, with relevant quality standards : technical experience / training hugely beneficial * Experience of Project execution in Middle East is a plus * Extraordinary leadership, communication and analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly * Excellent organizational skills * Eye for detail * Ability to work under pressure and adhere to performance target * Hands:on, problem solving and curious mindset * Native or high level written or spoken English : degree of French beneficial but not essential * Great flexibility and adaptability in working in a multicultural environment. * Able to travel extensively globally Salary package offered: AED25:30k pm all inclusive plus medical, flights, visa etc Get in touch:
